Research shows we have a really poor sense of how much calories there are in our fast-food meals. A Harvard research study found that 25% of people surveyed underestimated their fast-food intake by at least 500 calories!
So, we thought we’d ruin your day and we’ve rounded up 10 of our favorite calorie-dense foods and how much exercise it would take to burn them off. Trust me, you won’t like what you’re about to see.
Of course, there are many different factors that need to be taken for each individual (height, weight, age, intensity), to accurately calculate the exact amount needed to burn a specific amount of calories. But these numbers should give you a good perspective.
